The grapes used to obtain "StilNovo" are Vernaccia di San Gimignano and other important experimental and innovative vine species.
This wine is the result of vinifications and subsequent diversified maturations. We are sure that we have created a new generation product... In a word, StilNovo (new style).

Grape blend: Vernaccia di San Gimignano and numerous nonautochthonous vine species.
Maturing: diversified according to typology and variety.
Color: straw yellow with citrus colored highlights.
Bouquet: floral, with very slight smoky notes.
Taste: keen, warm.
Drink with: especially recommended with raw vegetables and oriental cuisine; excellent aperitif.
Serve at: 12 ° /13 ° C.
Packaging: in cartons of 6 bottles, with synthetic silicone cork.
