Natalia Strozzi, Prince Girolamo's daughter, wanted to combine her two great passions: Wine and Dance. This wine bears the name "Arabesque" (a dance step) and its freshness and intense bouquet make this a very "feminine" wine. The quality of the product derives above all from the happy fact that the Vermentino vine species grows on our land. So the wine fully expresses its varietal characteristics.
Vinification is carried out in accordance with the most modern methods, which is to say a soft pressing of the grapes and total control of temperatures throughout all the vinification phases.

Grapes: 100% Vermentino.
Color: straw yellow with greenish highlights.
Bouquet: typically varietal, intense, with perfumes of flowers and subtle hints of fresh fruit, notably apples.
Taste: dry, fresh, pleasant on the palate with good structure and optimal tasteolfactory persistence.
Drink with: fish dishes in general, white meat and fresh cheeses; excellent as an aperitif.
Serve at: 12 ° C.
Packaging: in cartons of 12 Bordeaux bottles.
