MOMI ROSATO TOSCANO

Produced in our Estate “I Massi” in Maremma region with the same blend of Momi Doc Maremma Toscana Rosso: Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. The freshly picked grapes are vinified starting with a short maceration on the skins in order to give the characteristic pink color and to extract the maximum of the delicate aromatic part. All this takes place in small steel tanks adequately equipped for controlling the temperature during the entire processing phase up to the bottling.
