Made mainly with Vernaccia grapes, with the addition of small selections of Sauvignon and Chardonnay. Manual harvest followed by vinification off-skins in steel tanks, with temperature-controlled fermentation. Early bottling to preserve varietal freshness.
- Colour: straw yellow with slight golden highlights.
- Perfume: fruity and floral, with fine characteristic scents of the grape variety.
- Flavour: warm and structured, with an appealing freshness and long, elegant aftertaste.
