CHIANTI CLASSICODENOMINAZIONE DI ORIGINE CONTROLLATA E GARANTITA
Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Franc
The carefully destemmed and pressed grapes are vinified in modern stainless steel tanks, with maceration on skins for an average duration of 20-25 days at a controlled temperature of about 26 °centigrade. After the alcoholic fermentation, it does the malolactic fermentation. The wine then matues for 12 months in French oak barriques and undergoes 6 months of bottle ageing.
- Colour: Ruby red color.
- Perfume: Ripe red berry fruit aroma on spicy background.
- Flavour: On the palate it exalts all its freshness with balanced tannins accompanied by a long persistence.
